A trial class booking does not constitute enrollment in our programs.
Enrollment in our dance programs requires completion of a registration form and payment of applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and program offerings with reasonable notice.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, respect fellow students and staff, and adhere to our studio code of conduct.
Fee structures, payment schedules, and refund policies are communicated at the time of enrollment. Dancely Test reserves the right to revise fees with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days prior to the change taking effect). Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of classes.
You acknowledge that dance activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risk of injury. By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating. Dancely Test is not liable for injuries sustained during classes due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow instructor guidance.
We maintain a safe environment but cannot guarantee freedom from all risk. You are encouraged to inform instructors of any health conditions before participating.
We may photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes. By attending our classes or events, you grant Dancely Test a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use images or videos in which you appear for promotional and educational purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
Reviews submitted on our website must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or in violation of these terms. You retain ownership of your review content but grant us a license to display it on our website.
