Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Dancely Free plan is available at no cost, forever. No payment is taken, so no refund applies. You may upgrade or continue on the free plan at any time.

2. Paid Plans — Monthly Billing

• Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
• If you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a monthly period unless covered under Section 5 (Exceptional Circumstances).

3. Paid Plans — Annual Billing

• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the annual period.
• A pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused months if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the annual renewal date and no significant usage has occurred in that period.
• After 30 days of an annual billing cycle, no refund is available for the remaining period.

4. WhatsApp Message Credits

WhatsApp Business API message charges are passed through at Meta's actual cost. These charges are non-refundable once messages have been sent. Failed message credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the above policy may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment or billing error on our part.
• Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to an issue on our end.
• Unauthorised charge resulting from account compromise (must be reported within 7 days).

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email info@dancely.pro with your account details and reason. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Currency conversion fluctuations are not covered by Dancely.

7. Founding Member Offer (DANCELY25)

Purchases made using the founding member promo code DANCELY25 are subject to the same refund terms as standard paid plans. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing & Plans. Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect your current period's access. We do not charge cancellation fees.
